Garlic Anyone?

March 10, 2022

Garlic is a staple in kitchens around the world, in equal parts because of its wonderful flavor and its versatility. Whether roasting it to use as a sweet spread for crackers and cheese plates or leaving it uncooked to give a little zip to a guacamole, there are few things that can’t be improved with a little—or, depending on your taste, a lot—of this delectable herb. Since garlic can be pretty strong smelling, try the tip below when making dishes like the delicious, garlicky chicken recipe that follows.

Cooking Tip:

“After working with garlic, rub your hands vigorously on a stainless-steel sink or bowl for 30 seconds before washing them to remove the odor.”
